The fee is set in advance. You set out your situation; you leave with a clear legal direction, with no commitment.

First consultation

for 30 minutes · at the office or by phone

Applicable law, competent forum, deadlines to meet: the first half-hour frames your file. You leave with a concrete direction, not a promise.

Hourly rate CHF 350-450/h, the first half-hour is CHF 50, deducted from fees if you instruct the firm.

§ 02 · Schedule

Standard hourly rate CHF 350/h for standard files; CHF 450/h for complex or international files. Net of VAT.: CHF 350-450
CC art. 111-112 Uncontested divorce Fee for divorce by joint request (CC art. 111-112), with agreement on all ancillary effects. Court fees (from CHF 600) in addition. Estimate provided after the first meeting.: from CHF 3,000
International divorce Uncontested file with an international dimension (one spouse resident abroad, exequatur included). Quote provided after the first meeting, depending on the complexity of the file.: Free written quote
Recognition of a foreign judgment Recognition of a French or EU judgment in Switzerland, or the reverse. Coordination with a correspondent where necessary.: Free written quote
Legal aid (assistance juridictionnelle) Legal-aid mandates are accepted. Eligibility conditions are set by the canton of Geneva.: Accepted

All amounts are exclusive of VAT. Swiss bar-admitted attorney services are not subject to VAT in Switzerland.
