Admitted to the Geneva Bar in 2012, Maître Andrea von Flüe runs a generalist civil-law practice. It spans seven core areas: family law, successions, Swiss immigration (LEI), social insurance (LAI and LPC), employment law, adult and child protection, and criminal law for family matters such as domestic violence, child non-return and default on maintenance (CP arts. 217 to 220). On cross-border files, the private-international-law dimension is handled directly (PILA, Hague Conventions 1980 and 2007, Brussels II ter, Lugano).
Trilingual (French, English, Spanish), without an interpreter or surcharge, he assists Swiss, expatriate and cross-border clients at every stage: advice, negotiation, urgent measures, court proceedings, appeals and enforcement.
