1 Le disposant peut conclure, à titre gratuit ou onéreux, un pacte de renonciation à succession avec l’un de ses héritiers.
2 Le renonçant perd sa qualité d’héritier.
3 Le pacte est, sauf clause contraire, opposable aux descendants du renonçant.
