Si l’examen des conditions du regroupement familial définies aux art. 42 à 45 révèle des indices d’une cause absolue d’annulation du mariage au sens de l’art. 105, ch. 5, ou 105a du code civil (CC) 83 , les autorités compétentes en informent l’autorité visée à l’art. 106 CC. 84 La procédure est suspendue jusqu’à la décision de cette autorité. Si celle-ci intente une action, la suspension est prolongée jusqu’à ce qu’un jugement soit rendu et entré en force.
