Le Conseil fédéral peut, lorsqu’il fixe les nouvelles rentes conformément à l’art. 33ter LAVS 77 , adapter de manière appropriée le montant des dépenses reconnues (art. 10, al. 1), des revenus déterminants (art. 11, al. 1) et des frais de maladie et d’invalidité (art. 14, al. 3 et 4).
